Artwork, Samples and Products:

Rex Club makes every attempt possible to ensure designs are suitable and as close a match as possible to the design supplied by the customer. Artwork provided by Rex Club is designed to provide an estimate of the final product. These are not to scale and are subject to change. Rex club reserve the right to alter designs to ensure quality standards are kept high and the final product is suitable for the customer.

If pantone colours are made available by the customer, Rex Club will match those colours to ensure we meet the customers brand guidelines. If pantone colours are not available Rex Club reserve the right to choose thread colours, we feel match closest to the customers brand.

Any sample hats sent out to the customer are not the final design and are subject to change, unless agreed & confirmed directly with Rex Club in writing. And as such should not be treated as the finished product, unless agreed & confirmed directly with Rex Club in writing.

Payment:

Payment for custom headwear is due upon receipt of the invoice. Products will not be produced until payment is received [unless agreed with in writing]. Delaying payment of the invoice may lead to a delay in the production of your product. 

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

As each Rex Club product is custom made, we cannot offer a return unless:

  1. The product does not match the order
  2. The product is faulty

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order, please contact us immediately via email (orders@rexclub.co.uk) outlining the issue with as much detail as possible. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product, such as unfinished embroidery or a fault on the cap / bobble or garment, then a photograph of the product should be attached to the email.

If the product is incorrect on our behalf (either the product doesn’t match the order or the product was damaged upon arrival), Rex Club will refund any shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the item.

Web Orders:

If there is an issue with your web order, please contact orders@rexclub.co.uk outlining the issue(s), please ensure you include your web order number. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product, such as unfinished embroidery or a fault on the cap / bobble or garment, then a photograph of the product should be attached to the email.

We cannot take any action on an order until the goods have been return to Rex Club head office for inspection. Once the goods have been returned, Rex Club will undertake a thorough assessment, following which Rex Club will deem whether the return is valid or not. This applies to both custom orders and web orders.

If the problem relates to a production issue at Rex Club, a re-make may be offered to you to rectify the issue. 

Cancelling an order:

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by Rex Club. If you need to cancel an order you should email orders@rexclub.co.uk and / or call us on 07743974447 as soon as possible.

However, due to our estimated turnaround times, your order may have already gone into production. Once an order has gone into production a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are custom made and not stock items that can be re-sold.

Delivery:

Rex Club aim for a 14-working day turnaround for custom headwear & 40 Days for custom headwear. However, these are not a guarantee and headwear may be delivered before or after these time frames.

Rex Club can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods. However, if there is an issue with your delivery please ensure you contact Rex Club on orders@rexclub.co.uk. 

Set up Costs

There will be a £15 set up charge applied to every new design that will be applied to a custom cap. Once paid for the customer reserves the right to keep the image files if they wish. This should be asked for via email to orders@rexclub.co.uk 

Members Club:

As part of the Rex Club Members club you will receive 2 custom Rex Club hats at the beginning of each quarter. Rex Club reserve the right to choose the hats that you receive.

Your membership will automatically renew every 3 months and we will take payment on the first day of every 3rd month. The first payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month that you placed your order in.

You may cancel your membership at any time, please contact orders@rexclub.co.uk to ensure your cancellation is confirmed.

200 for 2000

The receiving of this offer is subject to agreement with Rex Club in writing. If a customer buys 2000 units of headwear within a 365-day period, Rex Club will offer 200 caps free for a charity, partner school, academy or junior section of the customer’s choosing (Subject to Rex Club’s approval). This offer will rise with an increase in caps bought by the customer and is structured as the following:

  • 4000 units of headwear bought over a 365-day period = 400 free caps offered
  • 6000 units of headwear bought over a 365-day period = 600 free caps offered
  • 8000 units of headwear bought over a 365-day period = 800 free caps offered

The free caps that will be offered will be from the current Rex Club stock range and a style(s) of our choosing. The design and embroidery offerings will also be at the discretion of Rex Club.
